The Institution of Fire Engineers Learning

Access IFE learning and study resources aimed at meeting examination requirements

Introduction

This site, which has been set up by Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service, provides access to a comprehensive range of resources which will prepare you or your candidates for the IFE examination. It is becoming widely recognised that whilst the integrated personal development system measures competency in the workplace, there is a need for testing to measure knowledge and understanding. For this reason Fire and Rescue Services are requiring their employees to complete the IFE examinations so that they can be sure of thorough K&U. Providing the resources in one place for a candidate to access and prepare for the exams is critical to support this part of the process and this site aims to do this.
